Topping for fish.

My kids and I love fish, so I try to find several different ways to prepare it so nobody gets bored. This is a topping that is good on baked, broiled, or fried fish that isn't too heavily seasoned (i.e. it's a fast topping for a fast lunch or dinner).

Pecan butter for fish

4 tbsp butter, softened
½ cp chopped, toasted pecans
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of hot pepper sauce

Place butter, pecans, onion, lemon juice and pepper sauce in a blender or food processor. Process until well blended.
